Shipping policy

We offer free shipping on domestic orders over $75!

Shipping times will vary by rate and destination. 

Due to the handmade nature of our pieces, items generally ship within 3-5 business days.

Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Please ensure your address is entered correctly. Please send us a message right away at info@treasoul.com if you notice a mistake in your address. Once the package leaves our facility, we are unable to make any changes.

Important information: Once your order has been shipped and tracking information is provided, all items will be under the responsibility of the carrier provider. We cannot assume responsibility for packages that are stolen, damaged or lost in transit. 

If you need help locating your package, please contact your local post office.

International orders: We are not responsible for any additional fees. All custom and duty fees are the customer's responsibility.
