Refund policy

Due to sanitary reason, we are currently not accepting returns. Please remember, all of our pieces are handmade to order just for you, all sales are final. 

However, in the rare event that you receive a piece that doesn't match your order, an exchange or refund will be offered. 

International order: All orders are final sale

Exchanges

Domestic orders: If applicable, we only replace pieces if they arrive defective.  Please send us an email at info@treasoul.com within 5 days of receiving your order.

Cancellations

We accept cancellations within a 24 hour notice of the order being placed. Please send us an email with your order confirmation number at info@treasoul.com.
